Hey all
I have been accepted onto a part time PGCE/ITT (initial teacher training Post 16) course this Sept :j however I am having a nightmare trying to find anything on the funding side of the course!!
The fees are £3200. I have applied to my LEA for the application forms for funding, but they will not speak to me about the amounts etc, just say that all the info is in the post.
I've searched the TDA website and that has mainly English info on it (I'm in Wales), when I click on the 'students in Wales' link it takes me to Student Finance Wales which in turn links me back to the TDA!!! Same goes for the WAG website.
The college can only say it is means tested and that there are WAG grants/bursaries available.
I need to find out so that I can put a Business case together to get my employer to contribute to the cost of it.
Anyone have any idea of where I can find anything?
TIA
