I hope someone has an idea here as I'm stumped and the Orange tecchy support weren't too clever! My freeserve account has suddenly decided not to download or let me send any emails since Sunday, every time I log in it checks for messages and tells me I have none which I know is rubbish as I sent myself an email on Tuesday and it's not arrived yet!
Going through the tech support with Orange, tried webmail, gave an error message telling me I had no rights to send messages, bit harsh! That confused the chappy even more, my guess is my account has been hacked as it shows from their end it's an acivated account!
HELP!!!!
