Hotpoint Freezer

Hi all. i am hoping for some help, I purchased a hotpoint chest freezer its nearly 2metres long. and took out the extended warrenty which doesn't run out till nov this year. Its broke down, and when i go to request a repair it comes back with 28th June as the earliest, what i would like to know is can i claim the freezer contents from hotpoint due to how long its going to take them to come repair it.

You may find that your household contents insurance covers Freezer Contents Cover. I've claimed on this in the past and there was no excess too pay.
I think you will be highly lucky to get anything from Hotpoint. There is no way that they would include a clause in their terms and conditions that allows you to claim off them if they don't attend as soon as you would like.
Its just one of those things that happens.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
