I'm new to the site so please forgive me if i'm posting this in the wrong area!

I recently bought some items online from the site cheapdiscountsupplements .com which haven't arrived yet! Although it's only been 10 days the site says deliveries usually take between 3-5 days. I've done some research on the company and they have some seriously bad reviews, people making orders over £200 and then never hearing a peep out of the company. I'm now starting to worry that I've also been ''mugged''!

I emailed the company today asking if my order had been dispatched and if I could have the name of the delivery service which was used along with a tracking number if it had.

There is a list of complaints from other people that have orderd from the site on Complaintsboard .com.

The worest thing is that day I went on abit of a mad shopping spree, I usually always use my cradit card to be on the safe side but for this order I used my debit card to prevent a nasty shock at the end of the month

If my products never do arrive and the company don't have a good answer as to why and don't give me a refund (which looking at comments people have made towards this company seems highly unlikely) what action can I take?

I know everyones heard it all before but seriously do you research when buying from a company you've never heard off. It looks like my laziness is going to cost me.

so i'm watching tv and did that bit of research,took me 15-20 minutes.
why would you buy your supplements from a windscreen dealer?

Few months ago i bought some stuff from Cheapdiscountsupplements. Later that same day, i read some worrying reviews about the site. (most of them have been taken down now). Also their facebook page shows a lot of people asking about their orders.

Anyway after waiting nearly 6 weeks i got my money back from my bank and funny enough next day they get in contact with me asking if they could replace one of my product for another.

Go for ebay next time m8!! much safer IMO.

Cheapdiscounts is load of rubbish !!! i bought no-xplode 1020g from them, and they send me crap stampede 560g! i mean what the hell! its the same price but i didnt buy stampede i bougght no-xplode!! im never going with this company again, from now on im goin with companies with rep and ima do reasearch, everyone if u dont know a company do reasearch on it first

You should not buy supplements, period.

If you must buy, then get vitamin c and a quality capsule of multi vits and mins, why buy no xplode and other builders its only protein, you will get more protein in a litre of skim milk.
