I got some of these today, I am not impressed.
Firstly there are so small I know they were small but not as small as this. Also it says in instructions not to put them out in the frost, whats the point if having Winter Pansies if you have to take them indoors not withstanding the size of them a slug could take one mouth full and there gone.
I have used Winter pansies for years and they take the cold Winter weather, I doubt they will grow much by Winter.
I am going to ask for a refund.0 -

my dad bought some winter panzies last year and in the spring he dug them up and gave them to me to put in my garden. I put them in my garden expecting them to die down and come up again this year.
Only problem is they carried on flowering and have flowered all summer!! They are still flowering now! Been wonderful! I wonder if they will carry on flowering through this winter too? lol0 -
I'm also confused about the instruction not to plant until after the last frost - I've planted them anyway.0

I'm waiting on my next delivery of these and are due next week. They grow quite quickly at this time of year, but remember pansies are quite hungry so will need feeding after 4 weeks.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

Sigh great I ordered mine back in the summer full price boo hoo oh well Thompson and Morgan are good company0

mine can yesterday I agree they are very small but look healthy0

Mine small but perfectly formed too - story of my life really.
Anyway, my top tip is make sure you follow instructions of take hold of the plant itself and gently but firmly wriggle the plugs out.
I made the mistake of fighting with them pushing them up and I've damaged some of the plants and also got peat behind my fingernails as I type.
Other method is far easier and won't damage the plants.0
