Have had to go for a £5 refund as the only bags on offer are over priced and not my type of bag - so much for original offer of all cross body bags:( most of the 14 or so bags are leather and as Im vegan Id not buy them so they have offered a full refund.
Have said I was not happy with the way the deal changed after it closed - not fair that:mad:
Will still use groupons if any good deals but if they mess me about again I wont! Might of been the bag company not them but everyone was very helpful and at least Ive been offered a refund so not out of pocket:)

Ive only ever used them twice before for the Wagamama deal and for a cafe deal but did think this bag deal was unfair as they only offered me about 14 bags in the end and hated them all - they would not let me have the one I wanted.
Took about 4 days to get the refund but he staff I spoke to or emailed were very helpful and friendly.

Groupon is da best. I have used it several times now, but I have noticed that whenenver I present the groupon voucher to the restraurants, they immediately do not prioritise me. Suppose, they understand I have paid already half price. I don't care. I am a discount person.0
