Help with poorly potatoes please

Most of my potatoes are doing well, but one variety (Dark Red Norland) is stunted and has seriously damaged leaves. Adjacent potatoes are not affected at all. The same variety growing elsewhere in the garden is OK too. Does anyone have any idea what it is and whether it's worth trying to salvage them?

I grew Dark Red Norland successfully last year, and this year got the seed from the same supplier. The unaffected varieties are Orla, Foremost and Picasso. Maybe I have a pest that only likes DRN? Any other ideas?
