Additional postage for placing telephone order

Hi,
I recently called Lightingforgardens to order a replacement transformer for one that had stopped working. All I wanted was the new part number so I could order it online. The lady on the phone offered to place the order for me so I said okay. Thought nothing much of it until my statement came through and I had been charged an extra £5+VAT. I called to ask what the extra charge was for to be told that it was £10+vat delivery rather then £5+vat for an order placed on the telephone. I was not told this at the time of the order although she is insists she told me. On the website there is no mention of higher rate for telephone orders. What can I do to get my money back.
Thanks Durdana

yes there is:

Delivery charges given below are preferential rates for online orders only. Postal, fax & telephone orders incur higher delivery charges. All delivery charges except UK postage are subject to VATTxt spkrs cn fk ff0 -
According to the website delivery charges are £5 up to £20 by value net VAT and £10 for orders in excess of £20 01.
However if you don't like it then cancel the order as you are allowed to do under Distance Selling Regs"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

Hi,
An update - after pointing out the fact that there wasn't any mention of higher charges for telephone orders, they have refunded the extra money and changed the website, just now!!
Thanks.0
