No it's 3 times cheaper :rotfl: I was a little worried at first about the condition of the water but eveything is fine and dandy with it. It just means that every 1-2 years we all have to pitch in to have it cleaned out. We don't get mucky water coming through our taps...;)

Your water will come from septic tank? I think the status of the road is the least of your worries ...

Never heard of this before. Don't think I'd like the water coming from our septic tank!

Is it coming from a borehole? It usually goes TO a septic tank.

I don't really know how it works. When we had a chat with the sellers and the new neighbours to be, the only thing they mentioned was the yearly cleaning of it. We asked if they had had any problems with it but they'd had none in all the years that they'd been there. TBH, i don't care, i just want to get into this bloody house now, it's driving me loopy!

I spoke to our financial advisor before and he said, looking at the notes from the solicitors, if all goes smoothly with this policy, we could be in 2 weeks tomorrw. Which is still 2 weeks too long...:o

Far be it for me to tell other people what to do, but I'd personally want to know where my water was coming from and where it was going to. I'm guessing you don't know what a septic tank is or you'd understand why people are shocked to hear your water is coming from one.
