Pension Credit waiting time? How long for you?

Hi,
Tnx for reply. Sorry I made a mistake :-( But she has been waiting since November. She hasn't actually been pushy yet as she is too polite for that, however I am sure that there is a limit for everyone?
With regards to it being complexed , it really is not at all. She has already been told that she is entitled by phone contact with the department, but still no letter. When she has called back on occasions to see what could be the hold up, is when she has been told a different story altogether. The right hand really does not have a clue what the left hand is doing.

it is a case of how long is a piece of string, unfortunely all the centres are snowed under, I recall a couple of years ago one centre had a 20 week wait and nobody was getting priortised. the only option is to call the new claims line and ask for a team leader.
