ebay, paypal and 21 day hold help

Hi,
I sold some tickets for a concert on ebay and the funds were put on hold for 21 days. Fair enough, I have only got 12 feedbacks but the 21 days passed last night at 9pm and the funds still havent been released. Is this normal? I assumed they would be released automatically.
Now it says
"The money from the payment you received is being held temporarily for up to days. During this time the money will show as pending and you won't be able to access it."
It is also still showing the release date as 16th June. Any help appreciated

They sometimes need reminding to release the funds. Thanks, I just gave them a quick ring and they were very helpful. I couldn't fault the woman on the phone. She released the funds for me and is going to personally check with my account that tomorrows funds are released on time too. Top marks to paypal for this one!0

I've had this as I have started selliong some computer items and annoyingly Paypal seem to need a polite reminder from me once I have recieved poss feedback to release the funds... I have stopped using that account and use one of my others...0
