Mac internet connection problem

Hi, I have just bought a new Mac Book Pro and ma trying set up the wireless internet connection through my Zoom ADSL X6 router. Does anyone know how to do this please?

OK in the top right of your screen on the menu bar by the battery indicator and the time you should see the signal strength bars (4-5 slightly curved lines, similar to your signal bars on a mobile phone)
Give then a click and a menu should pop down listing all of the wifi routers in range. Select yours and enter your WEP/WPA key on request ( you can probably find this on the bottom of the router.)
