  • Afternoon All :hello:

Gorgeous weather here today, hope it hangs on for the weekend.

I finally got round to trying on a couple of dresses last night – I’ve got a wedding to go to weekend after next and didn’t want to (couldn’t afford to :o) buy a new dress. I’ve got two possible dresses but have put weight on since the last time I wore them. Anyway, one of the dresses looks ok, so thankfully that’s me sorted. I’m hoping it’ll just be a new shirt for OH. So a few pounds saved there :D!

Kel – I hope the exam went ok

    DFW things today are:
    • Check bank & update spreadsheet
    • HM lunch to work
    • LSD – have spent £1.55 on bits to go with my lunch
    • Dinner from stores
    • HC x 2 & line dry in the lovely sunshine
    • Buy cards for Dad and OH
    • Cut the lawn – might not be today but this stays on the list until I get it done

    Back later.

Hi folks , I'm feeling much better today. Have stuck my head in the sand about the thing that is a woory - why worry until you know for sure you have something to worry about ?

So today I must get on , my list :
    • get out of bed :odone , but it will be an early night
    • check online banks - much better than last month and i think i get paid early this month due to official day being at weekend.
    • competitions - done a few already
    • surveys
    • post ebay / ebid packages and apoogise for being late posted
    • buy cheap butter to make banana bread 98p! onto banana bread soon
    • look for cheap bedding plants - gardner started and has put in borders that need filling. 4 lupins for £10 , still need lots more but its a start
    • get cash to pay gardner got it
    • HC x1 and line dry dry on line now , just needs bringing in and folding
    • good clean and tidy done about 50% of what is needed but looking better
    • list more items on ebay / ebid starting when banana bread in oven
    • meals from stores burritos for tea
Think this is ample for today.

Got my 0% card through from barclays and have immediatly transfered all my CCs . Checked the snowball calculator , if I maintain what I currently pay (including overpayments) card will be finished march 2013 leaving me with just my loan that runs to 2014. Really pleased that my finances are now under control and have room for saving for holidays and treats. Still hope to have the CC paid off sooner though.
    Happy Days :)

Only good DFW stuff I did yesterday was get 6 pink lady apples@ Mr T by docs for 50p :T...

    Still not done cashback...

Now have summer cold bug - praise God I have lavender oil in...and will get cheap orange juice @ some point today...

No food shopping and a whoopsie spend on a chinese (£1.50) yesterday

    Today I'm keeping it simple...
    • Get to WR appt re complaining re DWP numpty who phoned on Monday et al
    • Get some groceries from a supermarket...

    SLEEP AND VEG

That's about it for me today...I find I often get bugs when a little run down...

    Hugs

    E.

finally got to mr s and grocery shop was okay - just forgot decaf coffee but have lots of tea bags...maybe my coffee detox will happen sooner than I thought :T. Can't afford decaf now so will try :)...

And there's free food from students leaving @ C for me to pick up and raid (and apparently it's mostly tinned stuff. Last week I got custard and posh 1 portion pasta sauces from other student pals :))... So that's now ear marked for tomorrow....

    Did the complaint :)

Forgot to mention lack of back muscles for lifting wet stuff though with ED.

Trolls prolific this pm...Need the mods to get home from work NOW!!!

And now looking at something else....

    Blessings

    E
PS. One mini nap down....aim to get another one in about 10 mins but a little hyper so might save it till after tea?

No NSD for me, I went shopping and got summery clothes that fit.
    Also, I have:
    Done Week 1 run 2
Done shred Level 1 day 2
    Taken out the rubbish
    Tidied the bedroom
Sorted clothes and binned the crappy ones - now have a more streamlined wardrobe but I need to find a summer jacket - that's tomorrow's job!
Sorted shoes into boxes instead of the floor
Did a little shopping for lunch foods - mainly salady stuff as it's still too hot to eat anything more
    Had dinner
    Cleaned the toilet
    Cleaned the sink
    Had a lovely phone call
    Did some surveys
    ** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **
    ** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
    **SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.
