Hi all,
Got switched to the new LTSB online banking this morning, and I was having a play, and I thought I'd see what was what on all the screens (as you do)...
Anyway, I looked in the upgrade screen, and I see that I am eligible for jack sh*t, whereas on the last incarnation of the internet banking service I at least had the opportunity of upgrading to Silver. Apparently as of today, no more.
Hmmmm..... Missus has not been switched yet, so cannot compare hers, but I wonder if any other CPD99's on here who have the new internet banking service have noticed the same?
If not, then I'm definately going to move banks.

I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

I must say, that of all the advertising I see on the "upgrade" screen, none of it has ever appealed to me.
The stuff they tout there is either too expensive (credit) or too cheap (savings.)
You're not missing out - seriously.Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0
