Hi all,
I have a question i hope some knowledgeable person can answer for me, I currently have a lloydstsb current account ( classic ) no OD, I have regular salary going in and i run my account normally.
3 DD 1 SO Never missed, Apart from 3 months ago i was taken ill and wasn't able to transfer money to pay them from my savings account but i payed the charges and phoned the bank to explain so no probs.
But for some reason my account has/is being managed by the collections dept and i have no idea why ?
I have no debt with them and i have asked but get no useful reply and i guess this is what is stopping me from getting a CC with them, Not that i need one atm but the option of a credit facility would be nice.
Any info would be greatly appreciated
