Hi there. Just joined this forumsite and im currently looking to get into the property ladder. Been talking to a friend of mines who has a bit of experience in buying properties on auction, doing them up and selling them on. Ive been searching about and found this: http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/help-and-advice/advice-banks/article.html?in_advicepage_id=116&in_article_id=394296&in_page_id=90
I found The Essential Information Group (https://www.eigroup.co.uk) quite good however u have to be subscribed. Has anyone got a valid username and password to get into it?
Cheers
Gary

It gives you a list of forthcoming auctions and it is regularly updated. There's links at the side where you can see the agent's details in alphabetical order. Most have links to their websites where you can view the catalogues online. You can google the names of the agents without links yourself.
People like the eigroup only collate information that is already available for free. Subscription may be of benefit to those that often buy at auction as the auction houses only send out catalogues one at a time because they're hefty things and there's big cost involved in regularly sending catalogues to large numbers of timewasters.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
