Store card insurance with Santander

Hi, I've got a Dorothy Perkins store card which is charging excessive interest and account cover, not sure if I have been missold as have had the card for over 7 years. Is it too late for me to claim and if not is there any point.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Gaz.

    Hi Gaz and welcome

Check the link below for further information on ppi mis selling, you will come across a checklist.

If any of this applies to you then give it a go.

Complete the questionnaire (FOS) questionnaire these were recently issued by the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) for customers to use instead of writing letters, complete and send to whom was responsible for setting up and selling the insurance.
You will find this further down the page - Stage one.
    Keep copies as well.

Hope this helps, good luck and please let us know how you get on, cheers.

you can still claim its only if the account was closed over 6 years ago (i'm not 100% on this time frame it may just be loans) you can claim. im sure some one else will be along soon to help you further, good luck
