I don't know if they all go to the same place or not - maybe someone will know? Have you tried calling them? I did mine on Monday morning, and got through first time - which really surprised me. Took five mins to renew, and I've always found phone renewals faster than paper renewals for some reason!

hi i renewed over the phone the begining of may and my renewal is still waiting to be proccessed.after reading the threads on here ive phoned to check there is no marker on my account to phone specialist team and asked if they need any other info.they have said no on three occasions.i dont want to keep phoning them but this seems a long time to wait.they just say its cause they are so busy at the moment.has anyone else waited this long?

i waited 5 weeks and i rang then twice a week and eventually they told me to ring the specialist team...
on the last occasion thelady said there was no marker against my file, but i asked her if i could have the specialist team number and she gave it to me and i got mine sorted...

you would probably be best ringing them even though it takes some time..

if your claim started after april 5th (taking into account any backdating) then you wouldnt get a renewal pack till next year.

    Hi there,

This is probably very obvious to you knowledgable people on here but with my pregnancy brain I am getting myself all confused!
We applied for CTC & WTC it turns out 8 days before the cut off in april so got 8 days benefits for last year, will that mean that I will or wont get a renewal pack this year as I havent received one yet (I know they have till the end of the month but due in 2 weeks and trying to get everything sorted out) if I do not get a renewal pack what do I do regarding a change in circumstances as my income has dropped significantly? Also would I be better waiting to contact them until after the baby is born as wont that change things again?

    Thanks in advance
