Drivers not loading on boot up

Hi,I have searched for ages trying to find a fix for my problem.
I have found lots of others suffering from the same problem,hopefully one of you clever people can offer some assistance.
I have a Levono 3000 N100 laptop running windows 7 ultimate.
When things work properly I don't have any problems.
Every 3rd reboot or so, the drivers for the touchpad fail to load.(a usb mouse has to be used)
Every 5th reboot or so,the drivers for the intel 945 graphics fail to load.(this looks ugly,like when you boot into safe mode)
After a reboot or two the drivers then load correctly.
I have tried uninstalling the devices and letting windows install drivers on reboot. Nothing seems to fix this problem.
Any help would really be appreciated,
