My 'internet options' has dissapeared from the control panel??!!!!

    Have you checked for malware (see the sticky at the top of the Techie forum)?

    Some viruses prevent access to this to make it more difficult to get rid of them.

    Try start/run/inetcpl.cpl that might allow you in , or look in c:/windows/system32/inetcpl.cpl and double click on that
