Yes Alliance and Leicester, I have tried to speak to them twice but they say that because it is a SO and not a direct debit, then they have no identifying record.....I am thinking that my only option might be to cancel it and wait and see who shouts????If only I knew the company it might jog my memory, or get me some money back!!Which bank are you with and have you tried speaking to an manager?0 -

Ring up your bank and ask them to confirm the account number and sort code of the standing order for you then post back again.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -
