Locked out of hotmail

Please can someone help?
I have forgotten my hotmail password and the reset process is sending me round in circles.
I have sent the request to reset and I received a link on my alternative email address.
However, when I click on the link it just sends me back to the sign in page. Then when I try to sign in again it says I have tried too many times.
I went into the hotmail help centre and guess what? In order to post my problem on the site I need to SIGN IN!!!
Is there anyway I can send the hotmail moderators an email to ask them to sort this out for me?

Please help this is driving me mad and I am expecting an important email

Can't help I'm afraid, but this happened to me as well....round and round in bloomin circles!

I just ended up setting up a new hotmail address in the end!
