I have a Photosmart C7280 All-In-One printer and I cannot get the collate action to work. If for instance, I want to print 3 copies of 3 documents. Without the 'collate' box checked, it prints 3x pages 3, 3x pages of 2, then 3x pages of 1. When I check the 'collate' box, it still prints out the same way. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
