Bank accounts in one place?

Hello,

I am looking for a tool that allows me to see all my bank accounts in one place.

I am aware of a few like Yodlee (which powers a lot of the others) and moneydashboard. However I don't want to keep my account details on a server somewhere as these require.

Therefore looking for something more like egg's money manager where account details are simply stored in an encrypt app stored locally. the one issue is I don't currently have an Egg account and rather not just at the moment!

Anyone recommend anything to look at?

to be honest i don't think their is a tool that does this yet.

Yes accountunity are the people who provide the software to egg and First Direct.
You can use their offering here:-

I have been using them since before egg started offering the sevice with no problems.

You can register on First Direct website and use their service without opening an account.

Can you tell me why you would choose to register through First Direct when you can register directly with the site itself?:(

I keep a list of investments etc on a site that gives information about funds but not shares. It updates the funds automatically but not bank accounts and this suits me. They will list the value of property, shares and bank accounts as given by me.

I did try the Egg portfolio arrangement but found that some fund companies will not allow Egg to have access, notably Fidelity and therefore there is no point in using it. Egg refuse to delete the list I gave them but I have no idea why. It is not even up to date now, i.e. in the names of companies listed.

It is not difficult to update bank/BS accounts for yourself and don't understand why anyone would like an outside company to have this information. Do banks etc allow
accountunity to have this private information or have I got the wrong end of the stick?.

Passwords and user names are stored in encrypted form on your own computer.
No third party has access to them.

Some banks do not like the use of aggregation services and do state in their T+Cs that if you use such a service you may not be protected from fraud.

Only works in IE 6.0 or later.

No good for other browser or non-microsoft operating system users

Any other suggestions?
