Abbey good and bad

Ok guys 1st post so forgive me if this is in wrong place, put a cheque in my abbey acout last tues told wud clear by fri all ok so far, fri givs hubby card (bin up all nite wiv gdaughter an her flippin teeth so feel like death,) he rings me from machine its sayin ur bank cannot process request insuffient funds so i tell him cheque prob aint cleared yet, rings abbey told there is a prob wiv atms checks again this morn still same rings again gets told money gone from account on fri wen hubby checkd well went flippin nuts call centre cudnt understand what was being said so goes of 2 local branch spks 2 them get a number after 3 explanation lovely lady tells me there was a major problem on fri and guess what i'm getting my £20 back wupeeeeeeeeee just wonderin if any1 else had any probs will let u know when money back in account
