If the network has become so slow it is near un useable, it is not displaying things properly and taking maybe 10 minutes to load my yahoo email site, i would like to just take the dongle back and get a refund and buy normal home internet instead, it was fine yesterday and this morning, now it is slower than dial up and i am finding it not worth any money at all.
The dongle is a month old, i don't care about the credit on it i would prefer my cash back if this is the way its going to be with this kind of internet.
Thanks.

So the internet has just been slow this afternoon? Perhaps they are having a temporary technical problem?Gone ... or have I?0

Did you check the coverage before you bought the dongle i.e. postcode search? if yes and it said you had good coverage then yes I would return item and seek other provider. but as the other poster said maybe you are having tech problems - maybe best to call 3 before doing anything.0

Sounds like a temporary network problem. You just need a little patience. You can't possibly expect a refund because there's been some adverse condition for a day?
edit: Oh lol it's Widelats. The person that expects everything, for nothing, right now.0 -
It has been fine for the last month, just today it is un useable, coverage was good in this area, i will give it another day or so if it doesn't start being broadband its going back to the shop.Owed out = lots. :cool:0

For goodness sake, get a grip. What are you going to do if you get a contract connection, and then have problems one afternoon - are you going to expect them to cancel your contract?Gone ... or have I?0 -

Probably not because as people have said there are probably technical issues. Call them up and see. I was !!!!ed at 3 (still am cause their service is !!!!). But really bad one day. Gave them a call and they said that there was an issue with the mast up the road. Few days later it was fixed and back to normal again.0 -
Oh dear my for the last 12 months I have managed to download 25gb a day but for the last 3 days I could only get 22gb do you think I should ring my ISP and demand a refund and a new modem/router for such poor service?Approach her; adore her. Behold her; worship her. Caress her; indulge her. Kiss her; pleasure her. Kneel to her; lavish her. Assert to her; let her guide you. Obey her as you know how; Surrender is so wonderful! Most stores seem to be flogging mobile broadband - because they get a big kickback from 3, Vodaphone etc once they get a punter into a contract.0
