Laptop filling up/slow

Thanks all for the help seems to load up more quickly now. I doubled Ram fior 1 to 2 gig but slower than in its early days with 1 gig and 100% seen quite often on sidebar meter still feel there is a load of rubbish on hard drive as only 15 out of 80 gigs left.

The ones in BOLD ive asked you to 'TICK AND FIX' before. So you either didnt, or it never worked for whatever reason

http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/slim
Run the CLEANER scan (UNTICK 'cookies')
Then run the REGISTRY scan (Backup the registry when it asks)
