hi i got a ticket for parking on a double yellow line but the road on the ticket was not the road i was in but a road about two miles away have i got a case to appeal thanks

You really need to put somemore information than that.
Please read sticky on top of page.I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.

if they have put the incorrect road on the pcn then its very likely you have a case. do not contact the council yet to tell them, wait for experts to advise. Please copy/scan the ticket. Both sides, remove personal details but leave dates. Host pics onto tinypic and copy the url. Paste the url into a post here and remove the http:// bit.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
