Hi,
Just thought I would come on and praise the great service I have had today from Bedkingdom.co.uk. I was looking for a mattress and bed and thought from looking through lots of site's was very happy with what I saw from their site.

I wanted to know lots of information about the mattress after all the discussions on here and used their live help. I got through to Alex who had the patience of a saint and was very help through out our talking. I then realized I had made a mistake and got back onto live help to speak to Alex again. He sorted it all out very professionally and really impressed me.
I would have no hesitation recommending these as I am not very easy to impress and with Alex's helpful and polite assistance I now have my new bed being sorted out.

I will come back and let you know when the bed is here what that is like so you get a full account of their service. But if today is anything to go by I have no worries.

I would like to thank Alex and the manager at Bedkingdon for all their help and time :T it's nice to know that customer service has not gone from all our businesses

I said I would let you know how things went with this company. I must admit after see the post made by Cassandra1983 I was a bit worried that I had made a mistake. Well I worried over nothing.

I was given a time frame for them getting my order. They got that in the stated time frame. I was told what day my order was coming and they it would come with a two man delivery team and put where I wished. I was rang 30 mins before to let me know they were on there way. They put everything where I asked and were polite.

I can only go by the service I have had from Bed Kingdom and I have to say they were nothing but polite and helpful, the prices were very good. Sorry other poster had issues but I have had brilliant service and would use again. I would also recommend them to friends and family.
