I understand that capital 1 are one of the companies ordered by the government to lower their interest rates. I have a very expensive Capital 1 business credit card, do any of these rules apply to business credit cards ?

Probably not - business credit cards are classed as commercial loans (which essentially are unregulated)The proof that some people really are opinionated and ignorant
