Dab radio problem

I purchased an Alba Dab pd2 Dab/fm radio,after it has been on only a short time I lose the station,the lights flash and I just get a load of crackling the only way to get the radio back on is to disconnect the mains but then after a short time it happens again.Any ideas please.

Does it do this on DAB AND FM, or DAB only?
If same symptom on both, I'd say return it to shop.
If DAB only and FM fine, you'll need to place it somewhere with better reception, I fear.....0 -
