Feedback, grounds for removal?

I've just received this from a buyer;
inaccurate listing details( upheld by ebay), very rude communication.
They purchased an item from me without reading the listing, there were no inaccuracies at all in the description or the picture, they're just peeved that they didn't read things clearly. Ebay have not contacted me at all in relation to this sale, so I don't believe that Ebay have upheld their 'complaint'. Also, I have been nothing but friendly throughout and I can prove that with the correspondence I have between ourselves. I'm not going to respond to it yet, need to log out calm down a little and then put a reply in but it's so frustrating. Do you think there are any grounds to have it removed?

I would contact ebay rather than the buyer, explain that you're really confused as to how ebay have upheld a complaint when you've not been contacted by them.
Try livetalk, I used them the other day after a NPB left me a neg, after ebay had already removed it once.
While I was online to the guy, it was removed.
Good luck.0 -
In order for ebay to remove a negative feedback, I think you first need to send a "feedback revision request" to the other side, asking them to change it. I know this is a bit daft, as they're almost certainly never going to do that, but that's their procedure...
