Email / Gmail / Blackberry sync

Long time reader, first time poster so please be gentle and assume I know nothing.

I run a small business and use Outlook for email on my computer, using my business name as the email address (like davo@bbcconsulting.co.uk or whatever). The email is hosted in the US by Media Temple (as is our website). I have just bought a Blackberry so that I can check email on the go.

Is there any way to sync my email using Gmail or similar so that emails sent from my Blackberry can also be seen in my Outlook inbox etc. Also be useful to actually be able to see my whole inbox / folders on my Blackberry if possible.

So, basically, trying to set up a similar thing to MS Exchange or BB Exchange, without actually doing that.

Any thoughts much appreciated.

It has been some time since I have used a BB (it's Android now), but you should have a "Webclient account" with your network provider where you need to log in. There should be an option to BCC all messages you sent to another account.

I use Blackberry, gmail amd outlook express so similar but....

I have enabled imap in gmail to allow the gmail folders/email to be visible in outlook.

I have downloaded a gmail client to the Blackberry to allow me access to gmail. This does not put the gmail in the Blackberry inbox.

On the Blackberry you can via email setting add a gmail web mail account an then your gmail will appear in the Blackberry inbox.
