Yes I did that. Signed up for an account (there didnt seem to be anywhere to claim the bet) and have subequently won two more free bets.

I am somewhat confused.

EDIT: I spoke to Stan James and they give me a free £5 bet instead.

I had to call them and then they confirmed it and added it onto my account straight away. Im happy because i placed the £5 bet on Mexico to win and they WON! I won 17.50 minus the £5 free bet and a got myself £12.50. Very happy. Definately taking part in this everyday!

Just to let anyone know that hasnt had their free bet; I just phoned stan james as I already had an account but havent had any of my free bets from this comp credited.

They said theres a backlog that they are aware of and are in the process of crediting the free bets to account now; they should be credited within the next 24 hours.

They also said to me that you cant answer the questions retrospectively- so if you start the comp today, you can only answer questions from day 8 onwards - well you can aswer the rest, you just wont get free bets for them

Im annoyed cos I should have had at least 3 free bets by now, but Ive answered todays question and will see if it gets credited by this time tomorrow...fingers crossed they will!
