    I wasn't being harsh at all... I was being realistic. All too often people consolidate their loans and credit cards onto mortgages etc and then find themselves in a couple of years time in the exact same mess as before but without the option of remortgaging.
    I wish you luck and hope it does not happen to you.
    I also hope the broker you have found is a 'Whole of the Market... Fee Free' broker to be on the MSE side of things.

    I believe the forum rules say we are not aloud to tout for business otherwise I would recommend myself as a thoroughly trustworthy and all round top notch mortgage broker.
