Uninstall programmes with norton

When i load my my new norton 3630 disc into my laptop it will not load and open for me to install the product. Some help would be much appreciated. Thanks marion

I cannot uninstall norton from my laptop. When i click on uninstall the message comes up to allow it to proceed. Which i do then nothing happens. Also when i insert the new norton disc it will not open on my laptop. Any help would be much appreciated thanks everyone.
Download and run the "Norton Removal Tool".
