R.I.P in Media Player

so I changed the defaults in "media player" as it only had 11 out of 24 to ALL DEFAULTS. Now I am unable to RIP my 1 CD to media player because I deleted and burned it after I changed the defaults.The result is it can be read and played anywhere, but it can no longer be ripped to media player as the "format" has changed !! all it does is hiss, also I changed the name and then deleted the file from my saved music files and it is no longer retrievable although I know it is in my hard drive but am unable to do anything about that..I can rip all my other cds as I never touched them.Help.... 0
