Hi all
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help
I have started frantically saving after many years of being reckless and have managed to fill a cash ISA for last year (£3600) and also this year (£5100).
I currently have around £2,000 sitting in my current account that I can "put away" and can also add around £500 a month to this amount.
What advice would you have regarding what to do with this "spare" money? I don't want to keep it sitting in my current account paying peanuts in interest, I can't put it into another cash ISA til next year (and don't want to use stocks & shares ISAs, these simply are not for me and I would be too worried about volatility and don't understand it all enough) so where is the best place to put it?
In 2011 tax year I will be putting another full amount into a cash ISA so would need relatively easy access to it.
Thanks again for any advice.

Hey there - Great work with the savings  Are you saving for anything nice?
I would suggest the A+L/Santander online Saver 7 which is the highest % interest that I am aware of at the moment (2.8%ish)....its pretty easy to access too as all online!
hope that helps!0
