item not as discribed.. (can i get a full refund?)

hi guys.. been on ebay alittle while but unsure what i should do,

i bought a pushchair from ebay, in all i paid £65 which included postage.. the listing said it was a lovely puchchair, in used condition but still in good condition.. got it today and its awful, its dirty, smells, has holes in the basket, has things broken off has stains and pen marks on it and thats just a few things wrong, have contacted the seller but had nothing yet as its still early.. what are my rights of getting a full refund?.. not happy about paying for the postage to send it back either(if they'll accept it) as ill be out of pocket £15.

is there anything i can do?

If you open a dispute with paypal you will have to return it tracked for a refund. I take it they're a private seller? It would be up to the buyer if they refunded return postage but if they described it as good condition with all the problems they probably won't.
