Disability grant

Hi just wondered if anyone could help I am servely disabled person and have to attend dialysis 3 times a week and would like to know if it is possible to get a grant so I could get a laptop with mobile internet access that I can use while on dialysis, I know there are grants out there but not sure if they are for this sort of thing.

I'm not aware of any 'grants' as such but is it worth asking SS if they're aware of any funding that might help? I know that I would be allowed to use my personalised support budget to purchase a laptop, internet access etc. as these play a huge role in maintaining my independence.Eat food. Not too much.
