i can't do anything abot this as on the statement s they have written "to be debited on the 28 or after"

i am absolutely fed up to the back teeth and now i'll probably get sacked for crying while trying to talk to customers over the phone!!!!
Ask for the DDs to come out on the 2nd of the next month to allow your money to go in and some "contingency" if there is a problem. Simple solution.0
