Test and vote aaargggh help !!

I have a long running issue with The survey company test and vote(for those who arent familar with them you collect points by doing surveys which then gets converted into amazon vouchers), i ordered my first voucher for Amazon with them back in April and after waiting several weeks I contacted them and was advised that they had a few ordering problems but "it was being processed as we speak" waited another couple of weeks, emailed again to be told "on its way"

As you can guess im still waiting but am very peeved to find that other T&V users from this site have ordered vouchers since mine and received them-no problem, one even got theirs 2 days after ordering.

I received an email today to say they are no longer ordering the vouchers until they can resolve the issue, im fuming as i placed my order months ago and i dont feel i should wait " to see what exciting offers they will start in the coming weeks"


can anyone offer any help ???

I had a problem with them about a survey for 6000 points. Spent about 25 minutes completing the survey and it came to the last few questions and I was thrown out of the survey. I emailed and complained, they replied and apologised, stating the points would be allowed.
When ordering my last Amazon voucher, like you I waited ages, then eventually they sent them and a few days later sent another Amazon voucher.

Hope your issue is soon resolved.
