DVD recorder plus Hard Drive

Hello all i want a DVD recorder with a Hard Drive and Sky + like features for recording NTL cable... I have about 200-300£ so any advice/people got one would be great cheers.

    Exactly what Sky+ features were you looking for?

    You could get timeslip type features but very little else.

    just got LG rh-188 two days ago from richer sounds as we have their local store in glasgow. got the dvd recorder for £ 260. its multi-region 160 gb hard drive, got my sky connected to it for time slip/record/pause etc features. accepts all dvd media inclu. dvd-ram plus divx. briliant machine.

    try aldi there doing one as of sunday for £160 with a 160gb hard drive

    ive got a LG RH7800 ( i think), it writes on all types of discs dvd +/- R/RW cd +/- r/rw, it has an 80gb hard disk (approx 40 hours of recording - dependant on setting)
    smile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to.... ;) :cool:

    we got a lite on one as an exchange for a faulty dvd recorder with surrond sound but no HDD.
    This new one has a massive 160 GB HDD and is very easy to use, we also use it as a music centre- as we store lots of music on it too.
    It was about £220 in Currys 9 months ago- well worth it.
