pc wont turn on, can anyone help?

My pc turned itself off, when i turned it back on, it had logged me out of everything, so i logged back in, when i next went to use it, it was off and not on stand by as i had left it, it kept urning itself off after powering up, now i get a bue light flickering then nothing!:mad:
