Blue screen with vista

i bought a laptop less than a year ago from Dell and everytime i connect it to my blackberry it crashes and causes a blue screen--i noticed this happens with my ipod as well. i recently purchased a new HD disk drive camcorder and it too also caused my computer to crash and blue screen-- is there a fix for this?

Try going to device manager, uninstall the USB device drivers, and reboot to let windows reinstall them
Possibly you need the actual DELL drivers which should be found on their site
