Item not recived (refund Q)

I order a pilsner glass of Ebay but never received it. I had ordered a glass from the seller before so I thought I would receive this one. He has said he will refund me minus postage. Does he have to refund in full including postage.

Why should you be down the postage price?
He should refund you the lot. What exactly do you have to show for your postage money?

Open a dispute with Paypal or Ebay for item not received and you will get item price plus postage back. Stupid seller doesn't understand his responsibilities.

I second that. How a seller handles a dispute is always reflected in my feedback and stars I leave.

Deal with me reasonably, politely and refund me in a timely manner and I am happy to leave them a positive with good stars. Start to argue, make me go to a dispute or try and refuse refunding me postage and I start to leave less than good feedback and stars.
