esa and disability premium

hi asking for a friend as she does not have internet.
she has been awarded esa,though waiting for it to be paid,as she is unfit to work again.
she also receives dla hrm,is she entitled to a disability premium on top of esa?
and is there any other benefits/reductions she can apply for? tia

There is no disability premium on ESA which is a change from IS and JSA(IB).
There is a Severe Disability Premium but DLAMRC has to be in payment. And certain other conditions.0 -
