Small Chain - How long to move in?

We are in the middle of a 3 house chain.
1. Cash buyer who wants our house.
2. Us with revised mortgage agreed by current lender.
3. The house we are buying, which is Vacant.
Our Mortgage is agreed and our solicitor is putting all the paperwork in the post to us tonight. Any idea of a realistic timescale?

Sounds fabulous to be in such a small chain!!!
It's the survey and searches that take the time. All that could be completed in about 6 to 7 weeks. I was always told by my EA's that the average easy house move takes around 10 weeks from offer to move in date.
Good luck,hope it goes smoothly0 -
When I bought my house, I was a FTB and the people I bought off were moving into rented in a new area. It still took just over 3 months.
Good luck
