Removing moss/clover from garden?

Options
This year has been a disaster, my garden has been taken over by moss and clover, Last spring I gave it a good dose of garden feed and moss killer, did a great job but this year as I say a disaster, and it grows so quick, I have to cut every week or you have clover flowers, daisy's,buttercups and dandelions all over the show, last week 1 cut every 2 weeks did. My garden faces east and is on a hill so why its so damp I don't know, I was out cutting this evening and my shoes were soaking and its been roasting here the past 2 days

sounds like my garden! Im at a loss what to do about mine, but i do find carefully removing the dandelion heads so the seeds dont spread helps. Wilkinsons lawn care products are supposed to be good too, im going to give them a go
