Sovereign Luxury Holidays

Hello everyone,
Has anyone had dealings with or travelled with Sovereign Luxury Holidays.
I want to book a £5,000 holiday with them (a trip of a lifetime) but I'm a little worried about them as tour operators - does anyone know about them, not that much success with googling them.
Thanks very much

Used them for a luxury trip to Cancun in April. Excellent service.
o Included Executive Lounge at Manchester
o Private transfer to/from resort.
o 4 extra days free due to volcanic ash
The same hotel was available via First Choice (also TUI) at a much dearer price. Went into Thomson (TUI) shop and they did it cheaper than the Sovereign web price, even though they then booked the holiday via Sovereign.0 -
That's soothing, thanks very much. They are the only tour operators that do our hotel, but I noticed that they use Thomson for the flights, but the hotel isn't coming up on Thomson's web site? it's probably worth me going into a Thomson shop.
The hotel is called Banyan Tree Mayakoba - it's a 5* eco hotel on Mexico's Riveria Maya - has anyone been?

HI Del,
I copied and pasted the body of the text and put it in the pm, check your messages, it should be there, otherwise the details are as follows.
Staying at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba, on Mexico's Riveria Maya for one week (it's room only, so I'd love a price for breakfast inclouded)
Flying to Cancun from any London airport, transfers included please.
Duration: 7 nights, we can travel any week in November apart from the last week, ideally would like to fly out on a weekend, but can be flexible on that.
It's for 2 people.
Hope that's enough information.
